Biography
Ambassador Crispin Ngandu Mualaba
Born in 1936, Crispin Ngandu Mualaba obtained a diploma in Social Work from the State Institute of Social Studies in Leopoldville (Kinshasa) in 1961 after his Latin Humanities in Kabwe. He also holds a degree in Political and Diplomatic Sciences from the U.L.B. in Brussels, obtained in 1964.
A career diplomat, he held the positions of First Secretary of the Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia, and those of First Counselor in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, then in Cairo, Egypt.
Director at the Ministry with the rank of Ambassador, he participated in or represented his country at several bilateral and multilateral international conferences and meetings, including at the UN, before being appointed Ambassador to Egypt, with jurisdiction in Turkey, then Ambassador to Tunisia.
